Operate the Touch Screen

The touch screen responds easily to steady press of the finger. Do not press hard on the screen or use sharp or pointed objects as the screen may become damaged.

Disclaimer: Driving while distracted can result in loss of vehicle control. All set-up of the systems should be completed when the vehicle is not in operation. Some features may be locked out while the vehicle is in gear. To reduce risk of accident while driving, exercise care when using the systems (even with the voice commands) and obey all local laws concerning use of the systems while driving.

Touch and tap:

  1. Touch, or press, to select an item.
  2. The selected operation is launched and the next item is displayed.

 

Slide:

  1. Press to select a setting item that displays a slider bar.
  2. Slide finger along slider bar in the desired direction to change setting.
  3. Release finger to change value accordingly.

 

 

Return to previous screen:

  1. Press and the previous screen will be displayed.

 

Display home screen:

  1. Press at any time to return to the Home screen.

 

Use home screen functions:

  1. Press APPLICATIONS for information on fuel economy, maintenance, to verify warnings, and more.
  2. Press ENTERTAINMENT to operate audio sources, such as radio and more. Most recently used audio source is displayed, press again to change.
  3. Press COMMUNICATIONS to make calls, send text messages and perform other Bluetooth®-related functions.
  4. Press NAVIGATION to display Navigation screen.
  5. Press SETTINGS to access Settings menu for safety, sound, Bluetooth®, language, and more.

 

Please Note:

– For safety reasons, touch screen operations are disabled while the vehicle is in motion.

– Instructions may vary, depending on your system's version of software.

– Vehicle may not be exactly as shown.
